About Natalie

Natalie is a co-owner and partner, Reiki Master Teacher, and holistic healer who holds space for rest, remembrance, and gentle return. Her work is rooted in compassion, presence, and the belief that healing unfolds most naturally when we feel safe enough to soften.

Raised in Southern California, Natalie is a mother of four, an artist, an intuitive oracle, and a lifelong student of the subtle energies that move through all living things. Her work is guided by deep listening—listening to the body, the nervous system, the energy field, and the quiet wisdom within each person she serves.

Her path into healing was born through lived experience. After facing profound illness, including fibromyalgia, heart complications, stroke, and the challenges of chronic imbalance, Natalie found herself navigating a life shaped by survival rather than vitality. Despite extensive medical intervention, her body continued to call for a different kind of care—one rooted in wholeness, gentleness, and presence.

That call led her to Reiki, which she first studied to support her own healing. Through this work, Natalie came to understand that healing cannot be separated into parts—the body, mind, and spirit must be held together, with compassion and reverence. This realization opened the door to deeper study in spirituality, frequency medicine, and herbal wisdom. As she aligned with these principles, her body began to remember how to heal.

Natalie is a Reiki Master Healer and Teacher and is certified in Medicinal Herbs through Cornell University. Her work weaves together Reiki, frequency and bioresonance support, herbal medicine, sauna and cold immersion, red light therapy, crystal healing, and intuitive shamanic practices. Each session is guided by the belief that healing should feel safe, supported, and unhurried.

At the heart of Natalie’s work is a devotion to gentleness. She holds space for those who have lived in survival mode, for bodies that no longer feel like home, and for souls ready to rest. She believes healing begins the moment a person feels safe enough to soften, listen, and receive.

This space was created as a sanctuary—for rest, remembrance, and renewal. As more people awaken to the truth that healing is holistic and deeply personal, Natalie wants them to know they are welcome here. There is no rushing and no fixing—only an invitation to return to oneself, held in care.
